 REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Resume
  3.  Letter of Recommendation from your college/department. 
  4.  A Short essay explaining your answers to the following questions:  a. Why do you want to be part of the Teach Peace Build Peace Movement?  b. How can you contribute to the mission of the organization? Please note: Essay must not have less than 300 words.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1.  Students taking up International Studies, International Relations, Social Work, Mass Communication, Public Relations and other related courses
  2.  Interest in children, non-profit management, event organizing, community development, peace-building, peace education and the peace process. 
  3.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4.  Background in conducting researches and assessments. 
  5.  Passion to be of service to others
  6.  Interest in current affairs
  7.  Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
  8.  Creative and flexible. 
  9.  Organized, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  10. Willing to travel outside Manila.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conducting researches related to the organization’s core subject matter: Peace and Peace Education 
  2.  Providing assistance for organizational events and projects
  3.  Attending general meetings and participating in brainstorming sessions
  4.  Representing the organization in events and activities with confidence, credibility, and enthusiasm
  5.  Other administrative works as directed by supervisor
  6. Create communication materials ( for Mass Comm and Public Relation students)
