VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

We consider each volunteer as a member of our family, and together we have journeyed in achieving our mission of making every Filipino child and youth a peace hero. Our volunteers are the life of the organization. They help us achieve our goals and accomplish monumental milestones that brought us to where we are today. Our volunteer program ensures that we create an impact on the lives of the communities we serve as well as the life of our volunteers.

FORMATION

TPBPM provides an avenue for volunteers to start their own peace journey and together with each member of the family, we slowly take one step towards living peace as a way of life.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Volunteers are given a space to learn more about different skills that can help them in their peace journey with TPBPM. Skills such as facilitation, public speaking, writing, photography, conflict resolution, mediation among others.

IMMERSION

Volunteers are immersed in TPBPM’s Kapatiran schools in Taguig, Pampanga, Maguindanao, and Lanao to have a better understanding of the situation of our communities as well as the implementation of our programs.

SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Everyone is encouraged to be a Servant Leader, in their own ways and spheres of influence. Every activity is a preparation for a bigger role that they have to play in helping build peaceful communities.

SERVICE

We serve through different ways such as sharing our talents, giving our time to accomplish a task, by joining peace missions or simply by becoming a good influence to the children and youth in our communities.

NETWORK BUILDING

TPBPM has a wide network of peacebuilders, environmentalists, servant leaders and peace-loving people who want to serve our country. Every volunteer gets the chance to meet inspiring people in all of our activities!
